❶ PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Time for creation of graphic draft:
N. 5 working days from receipt of complete information and logos in vector format; possibly more during high season (jun-dec), up to a max of 7 working days.
Contents graphics draft:
N. 3 versions of same model.
Times for undertaking modifications:
N. 3 working days in the low season (dec-may) N. 5 working days in the high season (jun-dec).
Production times for textile products:
N. 6/8 weeks from approval of final graphics drafts and receipt of order complete with quantities and sizes or from approval of samples if requested.
Production times for shin guards:
N.4 weeks from approval of final graphics drafts and receipt of order complete with quantities and sizes or from approval of samples if requested.
*Due the amount of work that is handled during high season (jun–dec), the pro- duction times could be disregarded and increased.
❷ SALES CONDITIONS
Customisation with number/name: extra charge € 1,80 each. Minimum order for textile products: N. 10 pieces.
(at least N. 2 pieces for each size ordered).
Minimum reorder for textile products: N. 10 pieces
(at least N. 2 pieces for each size ordered).
Minimum order for shin guards: N. 2 pieces.
Minimum reorder for shin guards: N. 10 pieces.
Elastic shin guards straps: extra charge € 5.
Graphic modifications: N. 3 modifications possible on selected variation / € 50,00 will be charged starting from version n. 4.
Pre-production sample: only on specific request at a cost of € 60,00 + shipping co- sts.
If following the sending of the graphics by ACERBIS the order will not be sent within 90 days an amount of € 100,00 will be charged.
❸ IMPORTANT NOTES
The positioning and dimensions of the logos are established beforehand as stan- dard.
The colours presented are an indication only. Should it be necessary to achieve a specific colour it will be necessary to inform ACERBIS in advance and send a pan- tone code for reference.
Logos must be furnished in vector format. ACERBIS is in no way responsible for re- constructing logos forwarded in different format than the one requested.
The colour of the stitching will be the same as the dominant colour selected.
For the shin guards, the colors of the side panels must be chosen among the va- riants proposed by ACERBIS and must be the same for both the right and left shin guards.
The graphics of the central panel may differ between the right and left shin guards.
❶ INFORMAZIONI PRATICHE
Tempistiche realizzazione bozza grafica:
N. 5 gg lavorativi a partire dalla ricezione delle informazioni complete e dei loghi in formato vettoriale; possibilità aumento in alta stagione (giu-dic) fino a max 7 gg lavorativi.
Contenuto bozza grafica:
N. 3 grafiche con medesimo modello.
Tempistiche apportazione modifiche:
N. 3 gg lavorativi in bassa stagione (dic-mag) N. 5 gg lavorativi in alta stagione (giu-dic).
Tempistiche di produzione per prodotti tessili:
N.6/8 settimane da approvazione grafica definitiva e contestuale ricezione ordine completo di quantitativi e taglie oppure a partire da approvazione campione se ri- chiesto.
Tempistiche di produzione per parastinchi:
N.4 settimane da approvazione grafica definitiva e contestuale ricezione ordine completo di quantitativi e taglie oppure a partire da approvazione campione se ri- chiesto.
*A causa della forte attività nel periodo di alta stagione (giu–dic) le tempistiche di produzione sopra riportate potrebbero essere disattese e aumentate.
❷ CONDIZIONI COMMERCIALI
Personalizzazione con numero/nome: extra charge € 1,80 cad.
Ordine minimo per prodotti tessili: N.10 pz.
(di cui almeno N.2 pezzi per ciascuna taglia ordinata)
Riordino minimo per prodotti tessili: N.10 pz.
(di cui almeno N.2 pezzi per ciascuna taglia ordinata)
Ordine minimo per parastinchi: N.2 pz.
Riordino minimo per parastinchi: N.2 pz.
Fascette elastiche per parastinchi: extra charge € 5.
Modifiche grafiche: N. 3 modifiche possibili su variante selezionata / a partire dalla modifica n. 4 saranno addebitati € 50,00.
Campione pre-produzione: solo su specifica richiesta con addebito di
€ 60,00 + spese spedizione.
Se a seguito dell’invio da parte di ACERBIS delle grafiche l’ordine non venisse con- fermato in max 90 giorni saranno addebitati € 100,00.
❸ NOTE IMPORTANTI
Il posizionamento e le dimensioni dei loghi sono definiti preventivamente come da standard.
I colori presentati sono puramente indicativi. Qualora sia necessario realizzare un colore specifico si renderà necessario informare preventivamente ACERBIS e in- viare un codice pantone di riferimento.
I loghi dovranno essere obbligatoriamente forniti in formato vettoriale. ACERBIS non si farà carico in nessun caso di ricostruire loghi inviati in formato differente da quello richiesto.
Il colore delle cuciture sarà il medesimo del colore dominante selezionato.
Per i parastinchi i colori dei pannelli laterali dovranno essere scelti tra le varianti pro- poste da ACERBIS e dovranno essere identici per entrambi i
parastinchi, destro e sinistro.
La grafica del pannello centrale potrà essere diversa tra parastinco destro e sinistro.
